COSTS
Standard flat-rate shipping is $5.95 on all orders under $75. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all handcrafted jewelry orders over $75 within the United States.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Since each item is hand-finished, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping arrives within 2 business days after processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your handcrafted jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Customized or engraved pieces are final sale.
